embassy suites in knoxville was a pleasant surprise during our road trip. the rooms were spotless and the bed was so comfortable. the separate bedroom was a great touch. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing. we could have stayed there all week just for the breakfast!

After a long day of driving, we were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Embassy Suites. The front desk staff was welcoming and the rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the convenience of ordering room-service and the food was delicious. The next morning, we started our day with a wonderful breakfast before hitting the road again. a great stay and exactly what we expected from the Hilton Brand.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that the hotel offered complimentary bar and snack service between 5.30pm and 7.30pm. It was a pleasant surprise and a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, table, and chairs. It made the stay more convenient and comfortable.

One aspect that I disliked was the lack of walking distance attractions from the hotel. While there were plenty of places to eat nearby, most of them required a car or taxi to access.
